When Night Falls

I just found out that When Night Falls is number one at the Kindle Store. It is a free download of a story I wrote last year. It was the prequel to What Sarah Saw which was the first book in the Love Inspired Suspense continuity this year. It is a long short story (20, 000 words). If you want to get a copy, it is here at Amazon.

Blurb for When Night Falls:
A violent encounter in a deserted parking lot is FBI agent Sam Pierce-s only clue to the menace who is stalking child psychologist Jocelyn Gold. A random event? Or a client-s revenge? When darkness falls, the danger deepens....

Congrats, Margaret, number one at the Kindle store sounds impressive. I'm still trying to wrap my mind around all the new Kindle information. Do you have one?

Hannah, it might still be available at eHarlequin as a regular download (free). If you email me, I can see if I have a copy on my computer (margaretdaley at gmail dot com).

I would so love to have a Kindle. Maybe something to put on my Christmas List. Congratulations on having the story released!

I almost bought a Sony, but the store was sold on. Now I'm waiting to see what the Barnes and Noble e-reader looks like. I might get enough gift cards between my birthday and Christmas to pay for most of it. LOL

Pamela, that's a great idea : ) Something I would totally do!

sounds like a good read but I love to hold the books in my hand, don't ever want to have to read them on the pc and I never could see them on one of these Kindles, never saw one. But if you want to give the book away then enter me.

Lisa,
I would suggest researching the Nook extensively before purchasing. I know I've heard some people who were VERY excited for it, but have recently found more(negative) information about it. Something to do with sharing or something. Sorry to not know what it is, but I do know that they were really disappointed and completely turned off from using it now. Hope that helps : )

Margaret, your stories are always great. I'm reading MERRY MAYHEM and love it!!!

Congrats on the Kindle placing!!! Whoo-hoo!!! I'm starting to wonder if I'd enjoy a Kindle. Changing the font size would be fun and would certainly help my tired eyes!

Hannah, I know some people have mentioned that you can't transfer WORD files to the NOOK and with a Kindle you can have Amazon transfer them for a fee. But as long as I can create a PDF file, the NOOK will load those and I don't have to pay any extra. The thing I like about the NOOK is that you can "test drive" it at any Barnes and Noble store. That's always a plus!
